Sleep Inn Austintown

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and almost all general hotel amenities and features were on par. The air system was perfect. The bathroom was very clean. We were on the ground floor and I am disabled so they were accommodating without extra charge. Freezer in the fridge was bigger and actual kept frozen packs frozen. microwave was very nice and effective.

The concierge was very kind. I accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong dates but she was able to change our booking without an extra cost. She was very sweet and we had just come from another hotel that was disgusting and things in the room did not work and the elevator was broken and yet they still said the room was handicapped accessible. She made us feel so relieved with her kindness and that the room was nice and had a working elevator. She put us nearest to the elevator as well. The indoor pool was not busy and was clean and warm. Our kid loved it. The tv and other appliances and facilities were clean and in working order. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff all were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Check out was simple. The price was lower than the bad hotel we initially booked and had less stars but was much nicer all together a hundred times over. It's worth a booking for an affordable hotel.

2nd time staying. Breakfast was great. Coffee and tea bar, orange and apple juice, waffles, breakfast sandwiches, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, fruit, bagels, toast, muffins. Also, the pool is on the smaller side but it was very warm this time- which was fine. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly. The room is adequate- fridge, microwave, TV, desk, armoire and night stand...Small pillows, but they are ok. We have stayed her 2x and will stay again.

Property was clean and smelled freshly cleaned when entering.
